Mitsubishi Minatomirai Industrial Museum renewal
The Mitsubishi Minatomirai Industrial Museum, operated by the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Group, reopened on Saturday, July 30, 2022, after renovations mainly in the Land Zone, the core of the four zones of Land, Sea, Air, and Space. In the mini-theater in the center of the zone, a cartoon excerpt from "Secrets of SDGs Goal 7: Bringing Energy to Everyone and Cleaner", a special edition of the "Gakken Understanding Series", a learning cartoon for elementary school students produced in June in collaboration with Gakken Plus Co. The manga provides a fun way to learn about the size and structure of the gas turbines used in power generation by the MHI Group, as well as about power generation technology using hydrogen fuel that does not emit CO2. In addition, an SDGs exhibit has been added to the MHI FUTURE GATE, where visitors can view and experience the MHI Group's manufacturing story from its origins to the future, and learn about the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to be achieved by 2030.Google Map > https://g.page/minatomiraigijutsukan?share
Dream Drive - Building, selling, and renting campervans.
“Whenever I recall and share childhood stories from growing up in the UK and Australia, they almost always begin with a road trip. I had to ask myself “why? why do most of my most memorable childhood stories begin with a journey, and why have I not been making these memories here in Japan? While working in an office in Tokyo for about 10 years, I came to the realization that many Japanese are traveling and experiencing RV road trips abroad in the United States, Australia, Europe, etc. but not doing so in their own country. Japan is in my opinion one of, if not the best country for free-spirited road trip travel as the roads are safe and there are thousands of clean toilets and onsen all throughout the country. My dream with starting this company was to not only build great campervans but also help put Japan on the global map as a top road trip destination.”
